Introducing Tripti

Storytelling was never simply a teaching tool for Tripti — it was a calling she couldn't ignore.

What began as an instinct to bring Hindi alive in the classroom grew, over two decades, into a full artistic identity — weaving performance, pedagogy, and the living tradition of Indian narrative.

Storytelling Principles

Nine principles for stories that stay

START WITH TRUTH, NOT WITH DRAMA.

Honesty is what makes a story unforgettable.

SHOW, DON'T TELL.

Paint pictures with your words and let your reader see it for themselves.

MAKE YOUR READER FEEL SOMETHING.

Emotion is what turns a good story into a lasting one.

EVERY DETAIL SHOULD EARN ITS PLACE.

Cut what doesn't serve the story, keep what makes it stronger.

GIVE YOUR STORY A CLEAR PURPOSE.

Know why you're telling it, and your reader will too.

CONFLICT CREATES CONNECTION.

The struggle in your story is what pulls your reader in.

KEEP YOUR PACE TIGHT AND MEANINGFUL.

Move your story forward, one beat at a time.

MAKE YOUR CHARACTERS WANT SOMETHING.

Desire drives your story, and decisions create impact.

LEAVE THEM THINKING LONG AFTER THE END.

The best stories don't just end, they stay with you.

I have a complete guide on how to actually do storytelling properly.
